Full body

The "full body" workout is an intense training session based on a series of movements performed with maximum effort for a short period, repeated several times with a short rest in between. It's perfect for pushing your limits!

The Pilates method is a gentle form of exercise that combines deep breathing with physical movements. It is the art of harmonizing your body and mind through motion.

Yoga

Nicknamed the "Royal Path" (Voie Royale), Kundalini Yoga is a sacred tradition linked to an ancestral practice passed down orally from master to student through the centuries. It is a powerful, structured, and highly comprehensive form of yoga that allows you to unfold and discover your strength, vitality, and mobilize your innate qualities and resources. This practice, which views the human being as a whole, revitalizes the entire body by working to harmonize the physical, mental, and spiritual states. It achieves this through a vast array of techniques including breathwork, rhythm, dynamic or static postures, sound (in the form of mantras or instruments), deep relaxation, and meditation. Just as physical exercise strengthens the body, meditation maintains the mind. It develops concentration, emotional balance, and acts on stress and anxiety. These approaches directly influence and increase your quality of life. They promote health, well-being, and personal development. By practicing these arts, you will grow. Like a serpent, you will shed old skins to bring yourself closer to who you are deep down.

CAF

C = Thighs
A = Abs
F = Glutes (Buttocks)

CAF is a muscle-strengthening class focused on the lower body. The workout primarily focuses on reinforcing the abdominal area (stomach and waist), the glutes (small, medium, and large), and the legs (quadriceps and adductors). Optional use of small equipment (resistance bands, dumbbells, sticks, and power bars).
