You may transfer your membership to another person once, provided that they accept the terms of the current contract and are either a non-member or have not been a member for at least six months.
You can put your 12-month membership on hold for a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 30 days. No retroactive notifications will be accepted. The absence must be notified in advance and cover a specific period.
The minimum age is 16. Upon conclusion of the contract, the signature of a legal representative is required for persons under the age of 18.
If you purchase your membership online and aren't satisfied after your first visit, you have 7 days to cancel it following activation. Send an email to contact@society-sport.ch during that first week, and we will refund you—no questions asked.
Following this, your annual subscription commits you for 12 months; you cannot cancel your contract during this period.
Your subscription automatically renews for another year unless you cancel it by registered letter no later than one month before the end of the contract.
