Society Classes

CAF (Thighs, Abs, Glutes)

A group fitness session focused on strengthening the thighs, abs, and glutes. It combines warm-ups, targeted exercises using body weight or equipment, and stretching. The targeted exercises deliver visible results in terms of toning and firming, helping to sculpt a harmonious figure. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Alternative options and progressions are offered for certain exercises, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

Spinning

Spinning is a high-intensity class that aims to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance. It develops power and strength through variations in pace and resistance, effectively burning maximum calories and toning the body. The goal is to push yourself in a group setting to the beat of the music for overall well-being.

Pilates

Much more than just physical activity, this method aims to develop harmony between body and mind. Gentle physical training that works on the deep muscles that form the body's energy center in order to strengthen the muscles, improve and correct posture, and increase flexibility and mobility.
The Pilates method offers more than 150 exercises to stretch, tone, and reshape your body.

Full body

A class that gets your whole body moving!

A complete and varied workout
A class inspired by cross training, combining strength, cardio, and agility to strengthen and tone the entire body.
Each session offers a different format (circuit, AMRAP, EMOM, revisited WOD) to avoid routine and stimulate progress.
Accessible to all levels, this class offers a moment of effort, energy, and pushing your limits in a motivating atmosphere.

Abs Attack

A dynamic and comprehensive class to strengthen your core, improve your posture, and sculpt a toned stomach.
In 30 minutes during your lunch break, a variety of exercises accessible to all levels will give your core a thorough workout.
This class promotes effective and safe progress in a motivating and energetic atmosphere with music.

Yoga

Functional yoga is a modern and accessible approach to yoga, focused on natural body movement and improving everyday functions. Each session combines joint mobility.
exercises, active stretching, strengthening, and breathing techniques to help the body move more freely and painlessly.
Suitable for all levels, functional yoga does not focus on performance, but rather on listening to the body and finding the right movement for each individual.

Circuit training

Circuit training is a fitness method that combines strength, endurance, and high-intensity aerobic exercises.
Sessions are organized into “circuits,” where each exercise is performed for a set amount of time or a specific number of repetitions before immediately moving on to the next one. A short break is only allowed at the end of the entire circuit.
This effective and dynamic method improves muscle strength and endurance, boosts cardiovascular health, and promotes weight loss by maintaining a high heart rate.

Stretch & Flow

A class that will improve your mind and body in 30 minutes during your lunch break!

A sequence of simple dance and yoga movements, elements of tai chi and Pilates, accompanied by inspiring background music. Breath control is an integral part of all exercises.
This class improves flexibility, promotes blood circulation, and helps release muscle and mental tension. It also corrects posture, prevents injuries, and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.

H.I.I.T: (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training method that alternates short periods of intense, maximum effort with brief recovery phases.
This approach can be applied to various activities such as running, cycling, or bodyweight exercises. It is recognized for its effectiveness in improving physical fitness, burning calories, and developing aerobic and anaerobic performance.
