General Terms and Conditions
1 – CONTRACT OF ADHESION
1.1 Personal data
Surname, first name, date of birth, gender, sponsor, identification card (for minors, an additional parent/legal guardian).

1.4 Additional information
Health insurance, profession.
1.5 Contract type
Light, Strong, Home, Businesses, or Students/AVS.
1.6 Contract duration, costs, and payment method
1 month, 12 months, admission fee (CHF 10/badge), respective subscription price, immediate payment, payment by installments.
1.7 Extension of the contract
For a member opting for the automatic and tacit renewal of this contract, the agreement will be extended for a period corresponding to the one specified above, under the terms and conditions in effect at the date of expiration, unless written notice of termination is sent by registered mail 15 days prior to expiration.
If a member does not wish for automatic renewal, the contract will terminate at the end of the specified period. Society Sport reserves the right to apply the price in effect at the time of any potential new agreement.
1.8 Terms and Conditions
The contractual relationship between the parties is governed by this contract, its general terms and conditions, and the internal regulations of the centers, which form an integral part thereof.
2 – CONDITIONS
2.1 – General Terms and Conditions and Validity
This contract is entered into between Society Sport SA and the signing member. Each member agrees to show respect for other members, the staff, and all personnel associated with Society Sport SA. The General Terms and Conditions are subject to change; any such changes will be communicated via the website and by means of notices posted within the relevant center.
2.2 – Contract of Adhesion
Contracts are concluded electronically with a digital signature or via the website with payment by bank card. A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of signature, provided that notice is given by registered letter.
Any modification to the contract must be made in writing. The legal representative is jointly and severally liable for the minor member. The contract is personal but may be permanently transferred to a third party who accepts the same conditions. Any change of address or contact details must be immediately reported to Society Sport SA.
2.3 – Offer
Society Sport SA provides fitness facilities during opening hours. Prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss Francs), inclusive of all taxes. Access to group classes, the option to suspend the membership during holidays (max. 30 days), and extended services depend on the type of membership purchased.
Society Sport SA reserves the right to change the location, schedule, and facilities. Group classes may be subject to participant limits. No refunds will be issued in the event of a fully booked class or a change to the schedule. Combining offers, vouchers, or discounts is not permitted, except in specific cases.
2.4 – Scope of Services
The member declares having undergone a medical check-up and is registering with their doctor’s approval. Services, schedules, and offers depend on the type of contract entered into. Society Sport SA reserves the right to modify its offerings and prices at any time.
2.5 – Opening Hours
Opening hours are displayed on-site and published on the website. They may vary by center and be limited on public holidays. Society Sport SA reserves the right to close a center temporarily or permanently. Changes to opening hours do not entitle the customer to a refund or early termination.
2.6 – Access
Each member receives a unique means of identification (badge/card) granting access to the center. This must be presented upon each entry. In the event of loss, a replacement must be obtained at the member's expense.
Transferring the means of identification to a third party may result in the member's exclusion, without a refund of the subscription fee. For subscriptions HOME, access is permitted for a maximum of two people with proof of shared residence.
2.7 – Paiement et Mode de Paiement
Payments must be made by the due date indicated on the invoice. Any discount must be justified before each renewal. In case of early termination, administrative fees of CHF 80.00 are due.
2.8 – Late Payment
In the event of non-payment by the due date, a reminder will be issued and fees may be applied. After 30 days of arrears, Society Sport SA reserves the right to demand full payment of all outstanding amounts as well as the amount due for the remainder of the contract.
In the event of non-payment, Society Sport SA may appoint a debt collection agency and transfer the necessary data in compliance with data protection legislation. Access to the center may be blocked until full payment is made.
2.9 – Pausing
Periods of absence (pregnancy, accident, illness, military service, temporary relocation) may be made up in full upon presentation of a certificate or supporting document.
A long-term absence of at least 4 months may give rise to early termination subject to justification and administrative fees of CHF 80.00. Depending on the type of subscription, each member can suspend their subscription for Maximum 30 days per year, without a specific reason, provided notice is given in advance by email (at least 24 hours beforehand).
2.10 – Lack of Attendance
Failure to use the facilities does not entitle the member to a refund or early termination. If access to the center is prevented for more than one month through no fault of the member, Society Sport SA shall provide compensation in the form of an equivalent period of free access.
Society Sport SA reserves the right to close its centers during 2 weeks a year, without reimbursement or extension of the contract term.
2.11 – Termination
The contract is fixed for the specified duration. To avoid automatic renewal, termination by registered letter must be sent at least 15 days before expiration of the contract.
Society Sport SA reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice for valid reasons (non-compliance with the contract, the general terms and conditions, or the house rules). Subscription fees remain payable until the end of the contract.
2.12 – Internal Regulations
The internal regulations are published on the website and may be displayed at each center. They form an integral part of this contract. Society Sport SA reserves the right to modify them at any time, without refund.
2.13 – Sponsorship
An additional month of subscription is offered to any member who allows the conclusion of a contract. 12 months minimum with a new client, provided payments are up to date. The referred person must not be bound to Society Sport SA by an active membership or have held one within the last 3 months. Referrals may be excluded from certain promotional offers.
2.14 – Data Protection
The member authorizes Society Sport SA to transmit their personal data for debt collection purposes if necessary. The data is processed using software that may store information outside Switzerland and may be shared with third parties (Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.) for analysis and advertising purposes. The member may withdraw their consent in writing at any time.
The training areas are monitored by cameras, and a photo may be taken upon entry to verify identity.
2.15 – Liability
Legal provisions regarding civil and criminal liability apply to any damage, accident, or injury occurring on the premises of Society Sport SA. Society Sport SA shall not be held liable for cases of minor negligence or for theft committed in the changing rooms or on the premises.
2.16 – Miscellaneous
The invalidity of any clause in the contract does not affect the validity of the other clauses. Society Sport SA undertakes to provide a subscription certificate for presentation to insurance providers.
Personal trainers operating at Society Sport SA centers work on a self-employed basis. Society Sport SA is not liable for damages arising in this context, except in cases of gross negligence. Access to the centers for personal trainers is conditional upon holding civil liability insurance.
2.17 – Acknowledgement of Debt
This contract constitutes an acknowledgment of debt within the meaning of l’article 82 LP.
2.18 – Forum and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is the location of the signatory company. Lonay. Le droit suisse est applicable.
